CrowdFest ’27in a field.

Crowd happens online every week. Once a year, we'd like to be in the same field — four days of worship, teaching and camping at Wildfires Festival.

CrowdFest is our big in-person get-together — and for 2027 we’re doing it at Wildfires.

Four days of worship, teaching, camping and actually meeting the people you’ve been sitting next to on a screen all year. Bring a tent. Bring the family. Bring someone who’s never been near a church.

Why Wildfires?

We could build a festival from scratch. Or we could go to a brilliant one that already exists and spend our energy on the bit we’re actually good at — being together.

Wildfires is a Christian festival with worship, teaching and a lot of people camping in a field. You turn up, pitch up, and it’s all laid on.

We just point Crowd at the same weekend so that when you get there, you’re not on your own — you’re with your church.

Everything about the festival itself — site, line-up, what’s on, what to pack — lives on the Wildfires website.

How to book — three steps

None of them take long, and the third one is the one people forget.

01

Book your ticket with Wildfires

Tickets are bought directly from Wildfires, not from us.

Book on the Wildfires site
02

Choose Crowd Church on the booking form

Partway down the form there's a box marked "Church or Community." Select Crowd Church from the list — it's already there, so you don't need to choose "Other." This is how Wildfires knows you're with us, and it's what gets us camped together rather than scattered across the site.

03

Tell us you're coming

This is the important one. Wildfires doesn't tell us who's booked. So unless you let us know, we genuinely won't know you're there — and we'd hate to miss you. It takes ten seconds.

Let us know you're coming

Book early — properly early

2026 sold out fast, and we don’t hold a block of tickets for Crowd. There’s no reserved allocation, no “we’ll squeeze you in.” It’s first come, first served, straight from Wildfires.

If you know you want to be there, book now rather than in the spring.

Tell us you’re coming

Booked? Thinking about it? Either way, fill this in so we can keep you in the loop about travel, camping together and what we’re planning as a Crowd while we’re there.

Questions

01Do I have to camp?
Check the Wildfires site for the accommodation options — there’s usually more than one way to sleep at a festival. If you’d rather not be in a tent, you won’t be the only one.
02What if I can't afford it?

Then let’s take that off the table.

We have subsidised places available for Crowd members where the cost would otherwise make it impossible. No form to fill in, no case to argue, no awkward conversation in public — just message us and we’ll sort it out quietly.

We’d rather you came.

03Can I bring my kids?
Yes. CrowdFest is meant to be all-ages — families very welcome.
04Can I bring a friend who isn't a Christian?
Please do. That’s rather the point.
05I've never met anyone from Crowd in person. Is that weird?
Everyone’s in the same boat, and every single person there will have started out as a face on a screen. You’ll be fine.
06Still not sure?
Message us — a real person will reply.

See you in the field
